Dr. Ayman Kamal Almadani is a renowned nephrologist and healthcare leader, serving as the Division Chief at SEHA Kidney Care since 2015. With over 21 years of experience in nephrology and renal medicine, he is dedicated to enhancing kidney care services, advancing dialysis therapies, and improving patient outcomes in the UAE. Dr. Almadani earned his M.B.B.S. from King Edward Medical University (2001) and pursued specialized training in nephrology and internal medicine at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine, Canada, obtaining his FRCPC in Internal Medicine (2010) and Nephrology (2013). His strong leadership in healthcare administration is further supported by his MSc in Health Care Administration (2016) from Zayed University, equipping him with expertise in healthcare management, policy development, and system improvement.
