Biography

Dr. Chandra Mauli Jha is a highly experienced Specialist Nephrologist, with over 29 years of expertise in renal care, nephropathology, dialysis management, and chronic kidney disease (CKD) treatment. Since August 2022, he has been a key part of SEHA Kidney Care – Central, delivering comprehensive, evidence-based nephrology care to enhance patient outcomes. Dr. Jha holds multiple advanced qualifications in nephrology and nephropathology, including a Certificate in Advanced Clinical Nephropathology (2022) and a Certificate in Clinical Nephropathology (2020) from the International Society of Nephrology (ISN). He also earned a Certificate in Nephrology (2011) from the Royal College of Physicians, UK, and his MRCP (UK) further solidifies his expertise in renal medicine. With an extensive career spanning the UAE, Oman, and leading healthcare institutions, Dr. Jha has served as a Specialist Nephrologist at Mafraq Hospital (2008-2014), Burjeel Hospital (2014-2016), and Gulf Diagnostic Center and Hospital (2017-2018). He also contributed significantly to renal care advancements during his tenure at the Ministry of Health, Oman (1995-2008). Dr. Jha specializes in nephropathology, haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, transplant nephrology, and electrolyte disorders, ensuring patient-focused, high-quality nephrology care.
